Training

We want you to succeed; in fact, believe it or not, we want it just as much as you. That said, we need to do everything in our power to ensure you do.

During your first 4 weeks with us, you will be taken through an intensive training program.

We will start by taking you through our specialist recruitment software, which will prove to be a core asset in your work as a professional recruiter. We will then move onto providing you with the knowledge and skills required to make it in this industry.

Below is an outline of the course content:

• Introduction, overview and brief history of the market
• Understanding the Technology industry
• Understanding the cycle of demand for people
• Developing winning communication skills
• Developing winning questioning techniques
• The impact of what you say and how you say it
• Handling objections
• How to develop profitable clients
• Maximising the return on your efforts

All the training is written and delivered by the company Partners. This is not a run of the mill course delivered by some faceless training company. The content has been applied over the last 10 years and has produced tangible and proven results.

The Right Start
Rather than throwing you in at the deep end, you will spend the first 12 months assisting the experienced Recruiters on two fronts, helping to develop new business, whilst also delivering candidates for existing clients.
