People often look at recruitment in the traditional sense, i.e. a company based on the high street with candidates walking in to register with them, you speak with and meet candidates, companies phone you with their vacancies and we make placements - it sounds really easy! This is far from the truth.

Mayfield Curzon operate in the highly competitive technology market, you must have a demonstrable desire to want to work in a driven sales environment, where you will be measured and rewarded on your personal achievement.

Make no mistake, this is a proactive NOT a reactive sales business, it requires certain personal qualities to enable success.

Our business is populated with intelligent, articulate individuals, most of which are previous graduates who have been with us for a number of years, they have stuck around because they earn very good money and enjoy what they do.

Our interview process will further outline the realities of working in the Technology Recruitment business, we are not looking to create a talked up image, rather we will present an honest picture of how the business ticks. If you are successful at the first stage, you will have the opportunity to meet some of our previous Trainees in an open question and answer forum.
