New Business Developer Mayfield Curzon are a specialist IT recruitment firm established in 1994. Based just by Junction 1 of the M60 Stockport, with excellent road and rail connections. We recruit for senior level Sales and Consulting positions across EMEA and have a well respected pedigree and vast network of contacts in this space. The company services a large IT outsourcing client, amongst other long established relationships. We are extremely well connected and are able to leverage our vast experience and industry credibility to gain entry into new name clients in our markets. We need someone with exceptional drive and desire to earn money. The rewards will be stunning and you will be supported by the existing team of Recruiters, who will guide you and contribute to calls with prospective new clients. Your starting role will be to canvass new and existing clients to generate new vacancies, commission will be paid on successful placements achieved against the vacancies you find. You will be offered the opportunity to move into a Consultant role or you may choose to lead the expansion of new business. The Person:- We are looking for a seasoned individual with experience in recruitment or someone with corporate sales experience who wants to move into a more professional / high level environment. • Highly intelligent and articulate with good social skills • Consultative approach to win low volume high value quality clients • Proven ability to wins hearts and minds via personal and commercial gravitas • Living within a reasonable commuting distance of Stockport or prepared to relocate • Driven and motivated to earn an above average income and able to take complete ownership of quality, high demand client vacancies • Able to work effectively in an exposed environment - not a corporate junkie
