Mayfield Curzon are a specialist IT recruitment firm established in 1994. Based just by Junction 1 of the M60 Stockport, with excellent road and rail connections. We recruit for senior level Sales and Consulting positions across EMEA and have a well respected pedigree and vast network of contacts in this space. The company services a large IT outsourcing client, amongst other long established relationships. We have identified a strategic need to further develop the candidate resource function as the global economy begins to grow again. Working closely with the Managing Consultants to gain a comprehensive understanding of our client’s requirements and accurately relaying this to suitable candidates. The large majority of our placements are with long-term committed clients who want to work with us and are willing to pay realistic fees. We practice a mature sales culture which is not solely reliant on KPI’s or ‘how many calls have you made today?’, but rather we employ above average, self motivated people who know what is required to be successful and get on with the job. The Person:- • Understands how to find, manage, qualify, motivate and close high calibre candidates. • Experienced with and comfortable sourcing candidates by what ever means necessary, not used to relying purely on advert responses. • At least 1 years experience operating as either a dedicated Resourcer or Recruiter for £50k + jobs. • Able to lead, motivate and drive candidates and clients. • Managing achievable targets - CV’s sent, interviews and placements. • Assume client contact in the absence of Managing Consultant, maintaining quality of delivery and consistency of dialogue. • Living within a reasonable commuting distance of Stockport or prepared to relocate. • Driven and motivated to earn an above average income and able to take complete ownership of quality, high demand client vacancies, stopping at nothing to ensure they are filled.
