My client is a global business and IT consulting company. The Public Sector business is growing and in need of a Consultant, a manager to lead consultancy engagements and help grow the practice.
The Public Sector practice in the UK consists of a breadth of management consulting and industry professionals focusing on a broad range of subject matter areas such as, transformational change, change management, organisational design, IT and KM/BI. The focus is across the entire Public Sector domain including Defence, Central Government, Criminal Justice, Local Government and Intelligence Services.
Due to exceptional growth over recent years they are looking to secure experience consultants to lead engagements and support the winning of new opportunities.
You will be a recognised consulting expert in your chosen sub-sector (Central Government, Defence, Criminal Justice, Local Government or Intelligence Services).
Core skills required:
You must have solid track record in consulting gained within the Public Sector practice of a leading management consultancy. You will have:
- In-depth knowledge of your sub-sector, including contacts.
- A proven track record of delivering IT enabled transformational change.
- Highly desirable will be functional experience in any of the following: Organisational Change, Efficiency programme related change, Policy development, Shared Services, Outsourcing, Business Intelligence, IT Strategy.
Consulting skills you must be able to demonstrate include, Programme Management, Change Management and Process Optimisation.
